You don't need years of moving experience to start with us. We train every new team member in our packing and protection methods. What we ask is that you show up on time, treat every home like your own and work well as part of a crew.
Most of our work is local moves across Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington and Prince William counties and Alexandria. That means you're home most nights, and you get to know the area well.

Mover / Driver
Description
Movers and drivers are the core of every move. You'll load and unload trucks, carry furniture and boxes safely, protect floors and doorways, and help with furniture disassembly and reassembly. Drivers also operate our moving trucks between homes, apartments and offices around Northern Virginia, plan safe routes and keep the truck clean and ready.
Qualifications
- Able to lift and carry heavy items safely, as part of a team, throughout the day
- Reliable, on time and comfortable working in all weather
- Friendly and respectful with customers in their homes
- For drivers: valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Moving experience is a plus but not required. We train you.

Professional Packer
Description
Packing is in our name, and our packers are a big reason why. You'll pack kitchens, fragile items, artwork, electronics and full homes using the right boxes and wrapping materials. You'll label every box clearly by room so unloading is fast, and you may unpack and set up rooms at the customer's new home.
Qualifications
- Careful, patient and well organized
- Comfortable with steady standing, bending and lifting medium-weight boxes
- Respectful and discreet in customers' homes
- Packing, retail, warehouse or moving experience is helpful but not required

Crew Lead
Description
Crew leads run moves on site. You'll walk through each home with the customer before work starts, agree on the plan, direct the crew and keep packing and protection standards consistent. You'll track the inventory, solve problems as they come up and do the final walk-through with the customer. You'll also be the link between the crew and our move coordinator during the day.
Qualifications
- Previous moving experience, ideally including leading a crew
- Strong communication skills with customers and teammates
- Organized, calm under pressure and good at solving problems
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Familiarity with Northern Virginia roads, apartment buildings and HOA rules is a plus
