We work hard to make every move calm and careful. But if something goes wrong, we want to hear about it so we can put it right. This policy explains how to raise a complaint with Dynamic Moving & Packing LLC and what happens next.
How to Raise a Complaint
You can contact us in whichever way is easiest for you:
- Call: (703) 789-3534
- Email: dynamic@metrodcmovers.com
If you can, please include:
- Your name and the best way to reach you
- Your move date and the addresses involved
- What happened, and what you'd like us to do about it
- Any photos, documents or names that help explain the issue
If something goes wrong on moving day, please tell the crew lead right away, before the crew leaves. Problems are often easiest to fix while we're still there.
What Happens Next
1. We acknowledge your complaint
We'll confirm we've received your complaint as quickly as we can. We'll tell you who is handling it and how to reach them.
2. We look into it
We'll review your move records, talk with the crew and coordinator involved and look at any photos or documents you've sent. We may contact you with questions or ask to see the item or area affected.
3. We get back to you with a response
We'll explain what we found and what we propose to do. We aim to respond as quickly as we can. If we need more time, we'll tell you why and give you a new date.
4. We work toward a fair resolution
If you're not happy with our response, tell us. Your complaint will be reviewed by the owner of the company who will look at it again personally.
We keep a record of every complaint and use what we learn to improve our training and processes.
Claims for Loss or Damage
If an item is lost or damaged during your move, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Note it at delivery if you can. If you see damage while the crew is still there, point it out to the crew lead and note it on your paperwork.
- Send us a written claim. Email dynamic@metrodcmovers.com with a description of each item, the damage, photos and your move details.
- Keep the item and packing. Please don't throw away damaged items or the boxes they came in until we've had a chance to review the claim, unless we agree otherwise.
- Claims follow your agreement. Loss and damage claims are handled under the valuation coverage and claims terms in your written order for service and bill of lading, including any time limits for filing. Your agreement explains the level of protection you chose and how claims are paid, repaired or replaced.
If you're not sure what coverage you chose or how to file, just call (703) 789-3534 and we'll walk you through it.
