Military Moves: PPM/DITY Support and Local Base Moves
What We Do and What We Do Not Do
We help service members with moves they arrange themselves, known as PPM or DITY moves, and with local moves near Northern Virginia bases. We do not handle government-booked PCS shipments, the moves the military schedules and pays a contracted carrier for. Before you book anyone, confirm your entitlements, weight allowance and paperwork with your installation's transportation office.

We pack your household goods, wrap furniture and load safely, whether the move goes in our truck or a rental truck you arrange.
Help Getting Certified Weight Tickets
PPM reimbursement is generally based on weight, so you need certified empty and full weight tickets. We plan the move so the vehicle can be weighed at a certified scale before and after loading, and you keep the original tickets.
Inventory for Your Records
Our crew lead keeps an itemized inventory of your boxes and furniture. You can use it alongside your receipts and weight tickets when you submit your claim. We cannot promise any reimbursement amount; that is decided by the military, not by us.
Local Base Moves

Do you handle government-arranged PCS moves?
No. We do not handle PCS shipments booked through the military. We help with self-arranged PPM/DITY moves and local base moves only.
Will you guarantee my PPM reimbursement?
No. Reimbursement is set by the military based on your orders, entitlements, weight and paperwork. Confirm the details with your transportation office before your move.
Can our company pay for an employee's move directly?
Yes, in most cases we can invoice your company directly.
Can you move us on short notice?
