Dynamic Moving & Packing is a locally owned moving company based in Centreville, Virginia. We're a small team, and we like it that way. When you call us, you talk to someone who knows your move. When the truck pulls up, the crew already knows what's being packed, which rooms come first and where the elevator is booked.
We live in the same Northern Virginia neighborhoods we move people through. We know the I-66 rush hour, the townhouse stairs in Centreville and the HOA move-in windows in Ashburn and South Riding. That local knowledge shapes how we plan every job.
Here's who does what, and how each role helps you.
Our Team
Owner & Founder
The owner oversees every estimate and every move-day plan. That means the person who built the company is the same person checking that your quote is clear, your date works and nothing has been missed.
What this role does for you:
- Reviews your written estimate before it's sent, so the price matches the job
- Sets the standards our crews pack, wrap and load by
- Steps in personally if anything about your move needs to be put right
Move Coordinator
Your move coordinator is your main point of contact from the first call to the last box. They keep the moving parts organized so you don't have to.
What this role does for you:
- Schedules your move and confirms the date, arrival window and crew size
- Handles building paperwork, such as elevator bookings and certificates of insurance (COI) for apartments, condos and offices
- Sends updates before and on moving day, and answers your questions along the way
Crew Lead
The crew lead runs your move on site. They walk through your home with you at the start, agree on the plan and make sure the crew follows it.
What this role does for you:
- Walks the home with you before work starts and confirms what's moving, what stays and what needs extra care
- Keeps packing and protection standards consistent: floor runners, door pads, furniture wrap and labeled boxes
- Tracks the inventory so everything that leaves your old home arrives at the new one
- Does a final walk-through with you before the crew leaves
Packing & Moving Crew
Our packers and movers are the hands-on part of the job. "Packing" is in our name for a reason: most moving damage starts with poor packing, so we train our crew to wrap, box and label the way we'd want our own homes handled.
What this team does for you:
- Packs fragile items, kitchens, artwork and electronics with the right materials
- Disassembles and reassembles furniture such as beds, tables and desks
- Loads the truck carefully so items don't shift on the road
- Unpacks and places furniture at your new home if you'd like
Every crew member is trained in our packing methods before working on a customer's move.
