These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of https://dynamicmoversdmv.com (the "Site"), operated by Dynamic Moving & Packing LLC ("Dynamic Moving & Packing", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These Terms cover the website. Any moving or packing services we provide are covered by the separate written agreement you sign with us, as explained below.
Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, request an estimate and contact us. When you use the Site, you agree to:
- Give accurate information when you fill out a form
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes
- Not try to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the Site
- Not send spam, harmful code or false requests through our forms
We may limit or block access to anyone who misuses the Site.
Estimates Are Not Contracts
The estimates, price ranges and cost guides on the Site, and any estimate we send after you fill out a form or call us, are based on the information you give us. They're meant to help you plan and budget.
Please keep in mind:
- An estimate is not a contract. No agreement to provide moving or packing services exists until you and Dynamic Moving & Packing sign a written agreement.
- Your written agreement sets the final terms. The rates, charges, services, dates, valuation (protection for your belongings) and other terms of your move are set out in your written order for service and bill of lading. If anything on the Site or in an estimate differs from your signed documents, your signed documents control.
- Estimates depend on accurate details. If the amount of belongings, access (stairs, elevators, parking distance), services requested, dates or addresses change, the price may change. We'll explain any changes and confirm them with you in writing before work proceeds whenever possible.
- Cost ranges on the Site are typical ranges, not quotes. See our Disclaimer for more.

Booking, Scheduling and Cancellations
Dates are only reserved once confirmed by us in writing. Deposits, cancellation and rescheduling terms, payment terms and claims procedures are set out in your written agreement.
Content and Intellectual Property
The text, logos, photos, graphics and design of the Site belong to Dynamic Moving & Packing LLC or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or use our content, name or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that every detail is complete, current or error-free. Information about services, availability, service areas and pricing may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax or financial advice.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as maps, review sites, form processors and analytics tools. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dynamic Moving & Packing LLC and its owners, employees and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Liability for loss of or damage to your belongings during a move is governed by the valuation coverage and claims terms in your written order for service and bill of lading, not by these website Terms.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If you misuse the Site or break these Terms, you agree to cover any losses, costs or claims we face as a result, including reasonable legal fees.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia and you agree to that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Using the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
